Refund and Returns Policy

Our refund and returns policy lasts 15 days. If 15 days have passed since your purchase, we can’t offer you a full refund or exchange.

If the art work is damaged during shipping, a full refund will be awarded or, at your discretion, another product of equal cost can be substituted. Photographs of the damaged art work and shipping container would be appreciated.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item.

When approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 5 days.

To return your product, you should mail your product to: BGJamison Art Studio, 2900 Westridge Drive, Snyder, Texas 79549.

Late or missing refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.

Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
